Calling tunes is a new service which allows you to customize the ringtone heard by the people calling you.

Calling tunesare fragments of music or sounds, accompanied by the standard tone that callers hear while they're waiting for you to answer.

You can set up different calling tunes for your callers. So, that could be the latest hit for your friends or that "special song' for your loved one. Morever, you can play more calling tunes to the same caller and you can choose the time the calling tunes will be heard by your callers.

how do I set up the Calling tunes service

  • call *100#, for free, choose Services and follow instructions
  • access Web Care

When you have requested the Calling tunes service activation, please wait for the text message confirming the service activation and afterwards you would be able to buy and set calling tunes to people calling you.

Monthly fee is 0.31 EUR. The first month of subscription is free (except for the case where you resubscribe to the service within the first six months since deactivating it).

The Calling tunes service is available for Orange pay-monthly and PrePay customers, except for numbers in the format 0374 xx xx xx.

  • you can set the calling tunes you have bought to people calling you and you can choose the time when the calling tunes will be heard
  • you can check and modify your Personal album

by calling 1343 (tariff 0.037 EUR/minut)

  • you can listen a selection of calling tunes proposed by Orange
  • you can buy calling tunes
  • you can set the calling tunes you have bought to people calling you and you can choose the time when the calling tunes will be heard
  • you can check and modify your Personal album

by sending a text message with the calling tune code to 8342

  • the text message will be charged with the price of the calling tune
  • the calling tune bought by text message will be heard by all your callers, irrespective of your previous settings

how much it costs

Monthly fee is 0.31 EUR. The first month of subscription is offered for free (except for the case where you resubscribe to the service within the first six months since deactivating it).
The monthly fee will be added to your monthly bill if you are an Orange subscriber or, for PrePay users, it will be deducted from your communication credit.

The standard price of a calling tune with fragments of music is 1.228 EUR, while the price of a funny tune is 0.856 EUR. There might be promotional offers. You'll always be informed on the calling tune price before you purchase it.
